Its because the input command for power geyser is far more lenient than buster wolf for some reason. In the case of powe geyser you can start inputting the command before the up tilt. Quickly flicking your control stick directly down then directly forward twice acts as the input as well so definitely use the simplified input to improve your reactions with buster wolf.
